Hi,

I'm new in the field of Extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA) and I would appreciate any recommendations or advices for software tools designed to reconstruct human ecDNA derived from third generation sequencing data. Additionally, I would find very helpulf any websites detailing the typical steps involved in these reconstructions.

Our data consist of pacbio readings which have been aligned with pbmm2.
