Population stratification analysis for a small candidate gene case control study
Hello
Could anybody teach me how to do population stratification analysis for a small candidate gene case control study? I know how to do for GWAS, but not for candidate gene analysis as we genotyped only three SNPs.
What is the best method to use? Or impossible to do with only three SNPs? If so, what other information do I need to get for the samples to do only with three SNPs?
