Methods to correct for population stratification
I have been working on GWAS like projects and trying to correct for population stratification in my data. I have performed principal component analysis to do this, but this method is not quite relevant in my case and doesn't solve the problem. Can someone please let me know of other methods to correct for population stratification in population-based association studies?
