Drug resistance gene expression of cancer

I am looking for gene expression profile of patients/ cell lines related to liver cancer cases that are resistance to common drug such as sorafenib. Is there such open source database? google yield gene drug interaction db but nothing about resistance expression profiles.

There is not a specific database for sorafenib resistance, but feel free to create one. There is however a database which contains gene expression profiles, and some of them contain treatment with sorafenib, this database is called GEO. You can look for sorafenib experiments in GEO, and see if you can use some of the data.
