Looking for gene expression profiles of different cell lines
Hi guys, I'm looking for some database of gene expression profiles of different cell lines. Where can I obtain transcriptome-wide gene expression levels in different cell types? Like the expression levels of all genes in 293T or A375 wild-type cells? I need gene expression profiles for a large number of cell lines.
