Minimal requirements for the draft genome assembly

Hello! I'm wondering are there any minimal requirements (e.g. minimal coverage, minimal N50, etc.) for the draft genome assembly? Or every assembly could be formally recognized as a draft genome assembly regardless its quality?

NCBI has some recommendations about genome submissions. I don't think there are standard limits for these but you would not want to submit something incorrect/incomplete since your name will become associated with that data.
