AutoDock needs the extension of the docking parameter file to be ".dpf"?
Hey all AutoDock needs the extension of the docking parameter file to be ".dpf". This occurs for some molecules during docking,but the docking parameter file is already in .dpf format? Did someone solve this?

We had the same problem and the solution was renaming the folder to eliminate the space in the name folder
