Making a taxonomic plot for .biom file

HI all, I have made the heat maps for the biom file with respect to different levels of classification using QIIME.Now I am trying to create a taxonomic chart,more like a pie chart.

Please suggest some of the tools that can be used to create the above chart.

Have you looked at KronaTools? I have never used it with QIIME though.

Hi Vijay, I have made pie chart using qiime but I am trying to create with Krona could you help me. I have installed Krona and kraken,but have no idea how to proceed,i have downloaded minikraken database(4gb),need help.
