Easy tool for comparing several short DNA sequences with mutations
Hi! I need a quick and easy tool (preferably online) to compare mutated sequences. No big analysis, just to see whether they are different or same... Help anyone? :) I'm very short on time and I don't want to waste it to installing some sophisticated software and learning how to use it, while all I need is to see if few nucleotides are changed.
