MISA for Microsatellite Loci Identification

Hi, I'm trying to identify Microsatellite loci in FASTA file of tumor exome data using MISA algorithm and the below error pops up:

 Use of uninitialized value $total in concatenation (.) or string

Could anyone help in solving it?
