Use of uninitialized value $total in numeric gt (>) at ./get_homologues.pl line 1589.
Hi, I am trying to run get_homologues of > ./get_homologues.pl Perl script and I got following error-
./get_homologues.pl -d faa
Error---Use of uninitialized value $total in numeric gt (>) at ./get_homologues.pl line 1589.
Use of uninitialized value $total_blast in numeric gt (>) at ./get_homologues.pl line 1589.
Please help if anyone know how to solve it, I'm new here.

Hello, I'd start by checking the input files and their format
Shall i attached file here....actually its fasta format in faa directory.
They are just warnings, ignore them if you got the desired results.
