problem to generate p3in input file for primer3
hello please i need your help
i want generate input file for primer3 for SSR(MISA) this is my command:
perl p3_in.MAG.pl genome.fasta.misa
and i got this error in my shell,
Use of uninitialized value $count in concatenation (.) or string at p3_in.MAG.pl line 37, <SRC> chunk 50655. records created.
