To show methylation loci

I want to show hyer/ hypo methylation of two loci in 5 samples. Is there a way we can show by figure instead of showing by just table? Any suggestion.

There are many ways of showing methylation data. Given you have 5 samples, one simplistic way of showing this would be to plot the level of methylation (perhaps methylation %) in each sample for each loci (e.g.: Box plot, violin plot etc...).
