Minor allele frequency
Hallo,
I have downloaded SNPs of genes of interest (Biomart/Ensembl) into an excel sheet, however, the Minor allele frequency (MAF) was not in the list, and because I want to select SNPs depending on the MAF in the European population I have to add that to my sheet.
Could someone provide me with some information?
