Is the dbSNP site (http://www.bioinfo.org.cn/relative/dbSNP%20Home%20Page.htm) filtered? It does not work for me.

I am not sure why you are trying to use a site hosted in China.

Use normal NCBI site here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/snp (unless you are unable to access that either).
