Rarefaction curves does not show all sample curves
Dear all,
I am trying to get the rarefaction curves for my 15 metagenomics samples.
However the resulted plot show me only 13 curves.
Can you tell me the possible reasons for this?
Is it possible that my low sequence number samples would have been removed from plot?
