problem in getting results from variant effect predictor(VEP)

Dear all,

I am trying to annotate the coordinations resulted from CNV analysis using online VEP.

I used for two files successfully, however running VEP for one of my input files was resulted to this error message:

Sorry, the page request "/Homo_sapiens/Component/Tools/VEP/Results/results?db=core;g=ENSG00000159461;r=16:56395364-56459450;tl=1NLncNrXivfznnXL-4517861;time=1536726024086.086" failed to load.

Can anybody help me recognize the source of this error message?

I'm sorry you've had a problem. Please can you send the error message and your job number (from the jobs table) to helpdesk@ensembl.org.

Hi Emily,

I could not find job number in the job details section.

I think that this error message is because of my slow internet connection.

The result is huge and my browser cannot load it perfectly.

I will send the error message to helpdesk@ensembl.org as you suggested to me.

There is a column in the jobs table called Ticket. It might be hidden. Click Show/hide columns then add ticket, and send the number that appears in the column with your email. It will help the team to find out what's going on with your job more easily.

Hi Emily, Unfortunately Ensembl team has not been solved yet. I tried to register in to VEP to download the results but my email has not been activated yet.
