I am running Beagle for imputation. I am in the process ofoptimizing it, so I have to run the program repeatedly with slightly different parameters.

But I am using the same reference panel each time. I am wondering if the calculations made on this reference panel can be permanently written to the hard drive as a file, so each time I don't have to re-do them, thereby speeding up the process.
