Hi All,
I am quite new to the field of genotype imputation. I am performing a genotype imputation and would like to use the TopMed freeze8 as the reference panel, and IMPUTE5 as the software. I have a hard time locating the TopMed freeze8 reference panel.
https://www.well.ox.ac.uk/~wrayner/tools/ kindly provided a tool to generate reference panel from freeze5 file and pointed to https://bravo.sph.umich.edu/freeze5/hg38/ for downloading. Does any one know if the "ALL.TOPMed_freeze5_hg38_dbSNP.vcf.gz" is the exact file that can be downloaded from the bravo website? The file I downloaded from bravo website only contains summary statistics.
Meanwhile, does anyone know if I can use the same method to generate freeze8 reference panel?
