I'am trying to open index.html from JBrowse after running ./setup.sh. I have just loaded sample_data of volvox. But some of the tracks are not loading file. Showing "Error : HTTP 200 when fetching file"
Please help me in this Thank You.!

The setup data should work, however, it looks like you are trying to run it on your local client machine using the file:/// protocol in the browser?
If that is true, try using the JBrowse-1.16.1-desktop-linux-x64.zip from the following site, it is likely more appropriate to your needs.
I use JBrowse on a server only, but the local version is attractive for some colleagues.
+1 for this. You need to setup a web server, you cannot just double click index.html in your file explorer and have it work even if it appears to work for some very limited cases http://jbrowse.org/docs/faq.html#what-webserver-is-needed-for-jbrowse
And indeed, the desktop version is a good option also

Actually i wanted to implement browse in Flask framework, and by just adding "JBrowse" folder in static directory of my app solved this problem.
