Where does Illumina make MEGA_Consortium_v2_15070954_A2.csv available?

I am trying to replicate some methods from a paper, where the authors refer to the file

MEGA_Consortium_v2_15070954_A2.csv

...provided by Illumina, but my Google searches have not revealed the URL where Illumina makes this file available.

Does anyone know?

(NB: Since I need to document my procedure, I need the "official" Illumina URL, not just the file.)

I may recommend that you contact illumina. The product page is here, but I could not see a link to library/manifest information: http://www.support.illumina.com/content/illumina-marketing/en/science/consortia/human-consortia/multi-ethnic-genotyping-consortium.html

The file may be downloaded automatically in GenomeStudio, no?

On the website, I could see library information for what appears to be an upgraded chip, the Infinium Multi-Ethnic Global-8 Kit

Not an illumina link. But if you are looking for an URL and file, check this URL:

http://www.well.ox.ac.uk/~wrayner/strand/ABtoTOPstrand.html

from this page:

MEGA_Consortium_v2_15070954_A2 -- MEGA_Consortium_v2_15070954_A2.update_alleles.txt.zip
