Hello,
I've been trying to look for the BED file that corresponds to the regions targeted by the Illumina TruSeq Exome Enrichment Kit. Every link that I've found is either broken or links to a page where the BED file is not provided, such as http://assets.stage-www.illumina.com/downloads/truseq_exome_targeted_regions_bed_file.html.
Does anybody know where I can access the official BED file?

As far as I know, TruSeq Exome Enrichment Kit is no longer available. It is replaced by Nextera Rapid Capture Exome kit. So they removed everything about the old kit.

It may be late for this, but the bed file you supplied covers exactly the same amount of region as the nextera rapid capture expanded exome kit covers. They may be exactly the same.
