I have an RNAseq results of drug treated vs control cells and performed pathways analysis with Up an down regulated genes. What I am trying to find is which pathway is up-regulated so that it is inhibited with selected inhibitors. The question – is it possible to find which pathways are up-regulated. Does up-regulated genes enriched pathways essentially mean these pathways are up-regulated, but we call them as enriched pathways. Any insight will be helpful
