How could I know the size of the genome in pb of an organism before sequencing? In order to choose the cheapest sequencing mechanism for example. Any suggestion?
I don't know what pb means, but I assume you mean bp.

You may need to do a bit of sequencing to estimate that. Then you can follow the tutorials here and here.
If you purely want to estimate by experimental means then you may need to try flow cytometry, RT-PCR etc.

Please elaborate. You have an organism of which you do not know the genome size, right? What kind of organism? Are similar organisms already sequenced? And what do you mean by sequencing mechanism? What is the final goal?
You right, it's a guess, whatever organism, and I dont know the size in bp, and I want to know that for choose the mechanism to sequencing, like Illumina, Ion Torrent ... How could I know the size in bp? Thanks!
Size of the genome should not be a factor in deciding a sequencing technology.
For bulk sequencing you are not going to beat yields from Illumina. If you expect to have homopolymeric stretches then Ion would not be a good tech. Generally a combination of sequencing methods (short and long) would be needed along with some non-sequencing methods (e.g. optical mapping/Bionano) to fully sequence a genome.
