Should I be worried about my data

enter image description here I am importing some illumina MySeq data into QIIME2, and the quality scores look as follows.

These patterns look very artificial... Is this normal, or is there something wrong with my data?

The quality is expected to drop towards the end - so if that worries you, it is fine. Carry on with the analysis.
