summary statistics on fasta sequence for ABC
hI, i want to make an approximative bayesien computation on dna sequence. I simulate data and calculate summary statistics with mscalc . Is it possible to calculate the same summary statistics with mscalc on fasta sequence for the observed data ? Ans is it possible to use mscalc when you have more than 2 populations. Thanks!!
