We would like to introduce shinyCircos, an R/shiny application for creation of Circos plot interactively.

shinyCircos could be used online at http://shinycircos.ncpgr.cn/ or https://yimingyu.shinyapps.io/shinycircos/.

shinyCircos could also be installed on local computers for self-use. Check https://github.com/venyao/shinyCircos for the installation of shinyCircos.

The help manual of shinyCircos is available at http://shinycircos.ncpgr.cn/shinyCircos_Help_Manual.pdf.

Example figures generated by shinyCircos based on example datasets are provided.

The use of shinyCircos requires NONE coding efforts from users.
