Dear Biostars community,

I would like to introduce our new tool for visualization of gene set over-representation analysis - GSOAP, which was recently published in Bioinformtics.

GSOAP allows visual exploration of the gene set over-representation results by showing the relationships among the enriched instances, while highlighting important instance attributes, such as significance, closeness (centrality) and clustering.

GSOAP is implemented as an R package and is freely available at GSOAP.
