Tool: methplotlib: visualization and analysis of modified nucleotides from nanopore sequencing
We recently published methplotlib, a tool for the visualization and analysis of modified nucleotides from nanopore sequencing. It works downstream of tools like nanopolish, nanocompore and direct methylation calling by the guppy basecaller. More information can be found on GitHub. Feedback, suggestions, reporting problems and feature requests are very much appreciated.
An example can be found below, and additional examples can be found on my blog.

Saw the paper couple of days ago, well done! Can't say that I am crazy about the name, even though it is problem-appropriate.
I think the name will help it attract more attention
It's perhaps easy to remember, and as a scientist, you can't be a bit "creative" that often... :)
