If you look at Biostars Planet feeds, you will see there some blogs there you missed. One I like in articular, and I wish was updated more often, is The Grand Locus.

Thanks for sharing. Can you format them into an unordered list, that would be neater :)

Did you miss the crazzytommy blog. I know the blog is not from a PI or major name in the field but it is really helpful and pretty detailed for newbies. He has done amazing join. Not sure I see it here in the list. Pardon if I missed it.

I hadn't come across that blog earlier. I've added it to my list above (and started following the blog too). Looks very interesting indeed! Thanks for your suggestion.

I know the blog is not from a PI or major name in the field

That's irrelevant ;-)

I was just trying to be precise since I saw the blogs were mostly from experts but crazzytommy did really well putting all his learnings in blog and github

Well there you go the list will need to be edited with your new blog space. I promoted it for a reason that it is very comprehensive for anyone & everyone starting with Bioinformatics. Over the years, I have enjoyed and seen your content grow & mature. If we are listing such blogs yours need to be mentioned all the time. It has always been a pleasure for me to read your blogs.
