Hi I have a question about microarray, What is the meaning of normalize signal intencity in microarray and how to extract fold change (gene expresion) or lFC from normalize signal intensity? Is it possible or correct to caculate ratio of treatment signal intencity/control signal intensity to achieve to Fold change or lFC?

It's not that no one could help you, it's that none of us felt terribly inclined to do so since you could have figured this out (and eventually did) from reading the literature.
Also, you posted on the weekend and you're not exactly paying anyone to answer your questions.
Indeed, we are all volunteers here and have separate full-time jobs. Weekends are usually dedicated to family and, generally, non bioinformatics-related issues.
