I am quite confused by your post : 1) the question is very vague; you'd better describe what you've done, what type of data, what type of workflow you used (language, package ?), 2) you refer to "heatmap" in the tag. If you want a precise answer, ask a precise question.
Yes, many of us know how to do this. But (as Basti points out) you have to be much more descriptive of the type of data you have, and perhaps provide some examples.
