differential survival genes and survexpress

Dear all

I have approx 200 genes which are getting differential expressed among short and long survival in cancer. For further interpretation, I wanted to compare my data with TCGA. I found Survexpress http://bioinformatica.mty.itesm.mx:8080/Biomatec/SurvivaX.jsp which can give the summarised genes expression by selecting the background database and samples (opted TCGA). As a output I am getting high risk and low risk category ( I am new in area of clinical data interpretation) of my given gene list.

As I know my genes are either getting up regulated (high expression) and down regulated (low exp) among long vs short survival.

To make some interpretaton , I have four points as given below

what does it implies 1. Genes up regulared in long survival and high risk factor with high expression (from survexpress) ? 2. Genes up regulared in long survival) and low risk factor with high expression (from survexpress)? 1. Genes down regulared in long survival) and high risk factor with high expression (from survexpress)? 2. Genes down regulared in long survival) and low risk factor with high expression(from survexpress) ?

I will appreciate all suggestions
