Are there any journals that accept short transcriptome announcements?

I would like to know if there are journals that accept short communications c.a. 3-5 pages on transcriptome with supplementary data (raw reads, expression data, pathway enrichment data e.t.c.) and short discussion of the results.

There is nature scientific data. I think this suits your requirements. Check couple of papers from that journal, you will get an idea how to proceed with your data.

This one is great! But It is quite expensive journal. I am looking for free journal.

There are only biomedical journals but I am planning to publish plant transcriptome dataset.
