Hello,

does anyone know the code for each color of UCSC genome browser? Is there a list or something?

For example this one "color=250,0,0" gives me the color RED and this one "color=0,0,250" is blue.

Is there a list in which i can select the serial number for other colors?

Thanks in advance

I've edited your tags to make them more informative. People use tags to search for questions that they can answer and follow tags via the My Tags page. If you use informative tags then relevant people are more likely to find your questions. You had a single tag "ucsc custom track colours", which is not searchable, so I have split it into three tags, "ucsc", "custom track" and "colours", as each of these terms may be being followed by someone who can help.

It uses standard RGB codes.

You can Google them to get the code for the color you want (here is first hit: https://www.rapidtables.com/web/color/RGB_Color.html)
