Hi, I isolated some genes and found some specific allele distributed in different region, the difference among the alleles existed due to indel(insertion and deletion), so I want to find allelic specific makers for genotyping in population. As for the length of indel was short and I want to find some way to detect the product quickly and efficiently.

So could you give me some suggestions about allelic specific marker (indel) development based on gene sequence?
