How can I find somatic indel using Dindel?
Hi.
I have a question about somatic indel when using Dindel.
I have two files(tumor, normal bam file) and I want to find somatic indel using Dindel tool.
However, Dindel didn't provide the somatic mode for detecting the indel so I can't find somatic indel.
Is there solution to detect the somatic indel by using Dindel? Or if it is not possible, are there any other tools for somatic indel?(except VarScan, I already have the VarScan output)
