Combining DNA methylation scores from ensembl
Dear all,
I'm looking into DNA methylation data in the promotor area of genes. For this I'm using ENCODE data in ensembl. In most promotor areas there are multiple methylation sites, but I'm interested in 1 score to visualise. Does anyone know the correct way to combine these scores into one?
