Where to get genetic map build 38 ?
I need to run impute2 software.on human population data and for that i need genetic map of build 38. where can i get this ? I do have genetic map of build 37 but i need build 38

Hi. I know this question was posted years ago, but I'm trying to find genetic map of build 38 to use with SHAPEIT right now, so I want to know if you've ever got the answer?
This was discussed in a past thread and the suggestion was to contact SHAPEIT authors: VCF file phasing by SHAPEIT
There are some recombination rates provided in locuszoom software. That may or may not be useful.
