Imputation advice
Hello,
I have some genetic data on build Hg38. I had planned to impute it to the HRC r.1.1 panel, using the Michigan Imputation server. However, it seems that HRC is on build 37. Is it better to use the 1000 genomes phase 3 which is on human build 38? I'm not sure that lifting over my data to Hg37 to impute to the HRC panel is the best, but I know that HRC has better coverage. Would appreciate advice!
