How to have access to TCGA raw data?
Hello! I have seen tons of paper use TCGA data to verify their own experiment data. But personally I'm struggling that where I can download the TCGA data(fastq file)? It's abstract to me. Could somebody list the website and a short protocol about doing that?

This page should answer your questions (search for Fastq data access). Getting access to controlled data requires a more elaborate process. Your institutions/PI will need to follow that.
