Hi, I agree with that answer and I just wanted to add that doing stats on 2 replicates makes no sense. Even if you get a significant result it doesn't mean anything in this case. Prefer to just make a graph and discuss the biological significance of this difference rather that the statistical difference.

I don't see a direct connection to bioinformatics but, assuming you have a biological problem, anyhow the short answer is: You cannot. Fisher's exact test is for counts (discrete random variables), your data implies fractional values. Fisher's exact test does not apply here, you could try t-test instead. Note that for all reasonable biological experiments, 3 replicates is the absolute minimum, and often many more are required.
