Create a cytoband file for arabidopsis thanilana TAIR10 data. RCircos plot
Hello
I would like to use RCircos for arabidopsis thaliana data in order to create ideograms. What i am using needs a cytoband.bed file . What is that file and how can i get or create it ? Is there any other way to use RCircos for arabidopsis thaliana data ??

https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/RCircos/vignettes/Using_RCircos.pdf - Section 4 (page 5). You need that if you want to show different regions ("bands") on the chromosomes (can also be used to show genetic bins on pseudochromosomes, but I digress...). If that file is required and you don't want/need to show bands, then you just might try to make a dummy file with 1 band / chromosome, covering the whole chromosome.
