Download multiple PDB from text file
hello, I've been recently trying to download multiple PDB sequence entries from a text file called list_PDB.txt In this file there are 6000 pdb like
2yp7.pdb
2m5t.pdb
2zu0.pdb
Is possible to download from text file this pdb entries?? (I use LINUX) thank you

There is no need TO SHOUT A TITLE. I have adapted your post and removed the all caps title.

there isn't possibility from terminal using for example wget ? using this for example wget ftp://ftp.wwpdb.org/pub/pdb/data/structures/all/pdb/* download everything and I would like only 6000 pdb from txt file not all database
