Need help to extract SNPs
Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a tool that I can use to extract SNPs? Let's say I have a phylogenetic tree built using a set of SNPs, and in the phylogenetic tree, individuals fall into two lineages. Is there any tool that can identify and extract the SNPs that are separating the individuals into two lineages?
I would really appreciate your help! Thanks!
