Tutorial data for GenomeStudio
Hi,
I installed Illumina GenomeStudio. I want to practice with the software, any one knows where can I download a set of data including idat, bpm, csv, and cgt files? Thanks!

There is a potato dataset on the download page for GenomeStudio here. If that does not work then you should contact
techsupport at illumina dot comto see if they have some data available. Software sometimes comes with built-in test data. Have you checked to see if GS includes any?Please use appropriate tags. Your question is about
Genome Studio. That should have been a tag when you created the question. if it helps anyone I had this same question and found GSE61129 by searching for the name of some of illumina's beadchips on geo (i.e. HumanExome) manifests and cluster files can be found on illuminas website.
