GenomeStudio 2.0 login problem

Hi,

I downloaded GenomeStudio Software 2.0.3 Installer and installed the software, then I registered on Illumina and created a MyIllumina account. When I click on the GenomeStudio icon, it asks for MyIllumine account email and password, and when I insert my account information, the software gives me the error "Authentication failed"! I already activated my account on Illumina as well! Any one knows what is the problem? Thanks!
