VCF with SnpEff and gene name annotations

hi all, i am looking for a well annotated VCF file, one that has gene names and SnpEff annotations.

there are a few that i found online but they had only SnpEff annotations but no gene names. if someone could point me in the direction of such as VCF, I would really appreciate it.
