The GTEx consortium have you covered - according to this there are 442 samples in relase 7
Interesting. Do you know how you can download entire datasets for each of these samples? I can't even see the individual sample ID's.
Edit: Samples are not publicly available. One needs to get approval for access to the original data via dbGaP. These are post-mortem samples.

You could be looking for a long while if you have a specific requirement for that large a sample and/or human data. Here is all that an ENA search brings up and it includes other organisms.
