Problem in using trinity at https://galaxy.ncgas-trinity.indiana.edu/

I am using trinity at https://galaxy.ncgas-trinity.indiana.edu/ After uploading the fastq files I just ran trinity but it doesnt work it ends in fatal error.

In usegalaxy.org, I first modify the fastq files through Fastq Groomer before operating trinity which works well. But in https://galaxy.ncgas-trinity.indiana.edu/ there is no such tool. How to fix it? Thanks

There is no need to use fastq-groomer if you have data that was recently generated. That tool is only required to convert old solexa/illumina format data to Sanger fastq.

Contact the admins of the galaxy installation you are using please. There’s nothing else to do for us.
